Visual Representation
For those in the hospitality industry, this field is particularly valuable. The Drawing Field can be used as a visual representation of the hotel room for your housekeeping staff. To ensure everything is in line with brand standards and there is consistency.
The process of adding images allows your staff to do their job more efficiently. When they have a visual representation of how to do their job and execute it. For brand standards, text doesn’t have the ability to convey all of the information you need.
The brain and visual information

You can use maps as an image in your Template Editor to show where jobsite locations are.
