And the Tabby Award for best business app goes to…iAuditor. Twice!

SafetyCulture News | By | 3 Nov 2014 | 2 minute read

The annual Tabby awards, which judge the world’s best business apps, have concluded with iAuditor the only entry to take out gold in two categories:

  • Data Access and Collection
  • IT or Business Tool

With iAuditor having been used now to conduct over 10,000,000 safety inspections worldwide, the Tabby judges have just discovered what’s made iAuditor the world’s most used safety app.

“I can see why this is such a popular app. Easy to use: Clean, straight forward interface” remarked the Tabby judging panel.

But it wasn’t just iAuditor’s ease of use that turned the judges heads. They also acknowledged the free cloud sharing collaborative element of iAuditor. “The extensive library of audits available brings great value to the app.” Users can, if they wish, share inspection templates with other iAuditor users around the world by uploading inspection templates to the app’s public library.

iAuditor’s public library is now the world’s largest digital collection of safety inspection templates, with 45,000 contributions from every industry on the planet, ranging from Construction to Child Care. iAuditor has been especially popular among the aviation industry, the pioneers of the safety checklist, with Virgin Atlantic, QANTAS, Virgin Australia, London City Airport, Thai, Emirates and Jetstar all making use of the app.

The Waldorf Astoria – Boca Raton, one of the Hilton Hotel chains premiere properties, put iAuditor to use having a measurable impact on their TripAdvisor rating, staff performance and guest satisfaction.

SafetyCulture’s CEO, Luke Anear, says “We’re really grateful for the acknowledgement that such international awards brings, and our team certainly deserves it given the work they’ve put into this project. But the recognition that matters most is always the growing number of workers around the world using our technology to help send them and their co-workers home safely each day.”
