2021 Together with SafetyCulture

It’s been a big year for all of us here at SafetyCulture, and we hope it’s been an even bigger year for you. 2021 was by no means business as usual, but everyone rallied together to meet the moment.
From our beloved customers to our very own staff…
From teams out in the field to those working behind a screen…
Together, we rolled up our sleeves and got to work. Because if the last year has shown us anything at all, it’s that we can achieve more together than as individuals.
So let’s step back and take a look at all that we’ve achieved together – both our team and our customers – and celebrate all the seemingly small actions that make teams better every day.
Together, we completed….
In the biggest testament to how the SafetyCulture community rallied behind teamwork this year; together our amazing customers completed 743M checks and 350K lessons.
A single check, a completed action, a message sent, a lesson learned — alone they might not seem like much. But each and every positive action has a compound effect. This was something we learned early on at SafetyCulture and what started out as compliance technology has grown into something much greater — an engine of change, powering an improvement movement.
Together, we dreamed big.
How big? Together our team shipped 1,000+ updates to our platform.
Why? Because nothing is more important to SafetyCulture than our customers. Our community of users makes workplaces everywhere safer and more efficient — so we want to make sure you have the very best tools for the job.
When all is said and done, our product is process. We’re forever building on it and dreaming up ways to better it — and we couldn’t have done it without your feedback.
You said you wanted more control and customization power? Now, you can create an action verification process in iAuditor to match your existing business processes with customized labels. With our new sites view, you can organize iAuditor according to your organizational structure.
Under-reporting of issues posed a serious problem? Our quick capture and notify tool, Issues, streamlines the process and helps close the connection between head office and the frontline. We tapped into the zeitgeist with a QR code that allows you to report issues from anywhere, with or without an iAuditor account.
You wanted to make sure your training is sinking in? Our new quiz tool Rapid Refresh in EdApp is the perfect way to check. You can easily create quick quizzes for your team to make sure they remember your training. Analytics means you can see where the gaps are, and create new content as a refresher.
And that’s just the start! Get the full scoop here.
Together, we helped each other out.
Improvement is a team sport, after all.
Our fantastic support teams connected with our community with over 91K customer interactions and together, we worked to turn issues into opportunities. With everything going on in the product, our teams also added 300+ new support articles and 60+ product video tutorials. We hope that it helped you make the most of each update!
Together, we grew… a LOT!
Together, we welcomed 359K new users to the iAuditor community and trained 56K new businesses with EdApp. The SafetyCulture family grew too, with over 200+ new coworkers. With every new starter comes new opportunities. Everyone brings something to the table — a chance to make things a little quicker, a little slicker, a little safer and a little smarter.
Keen for an inside look? Here’s what it’s like to work in the Manchester office and the Kansas City one too!
Together, we kicked goals.
Whether it’s kicking goals with Brentford Football Club or joining the unicorn club in the United States, making our small screen debut on The Block or our track debut with M-Sport World Rally Team, it’s been a big year at SafetyCulture!
Keep your eyes peeled for our next big partnership…the Australian Open. From motorsports to music festivals, SafetyCulture is helping live events and sporting codes to reopen successfully across the world.
Together, we went global.
This year, our product went multi-lingual! That’s right, iAuditor now speaks in French, Spanish and German. That involved translating a whopping 3,068,884 words. And now that we have 1.5M users signed up in more than 85 countries, we definitely won’t be stopping there.
It was a big year for cross-border collaboration too. From our global summit in Las Vegas to our annual Shipit hackathon held across 6 venues and 9 locations, our teams moved mountains across 6 timezones to get the job done.
Together, we became more connected than ever before.
As the shift to dispersed working and remote learning continues, we’ve made strides towards a more connected world of work. You see this reflected in our product — from launching Integrations to help seamlessly connect iAuditor with your systems, to introducing slick QR-code scanning functionality to better connect the frontline with management.
But you also see this reflected in our offices around the globe. From lockdown care packages to zoom parties, our teams in Sydney, Townsville, Manchester, Kansas City and Manila have stayed connected from afar. This year, SafetyCulture employees have unboxed 3,000+ care packages all up!
Together, we’re closing out this year better than when we started. So here’s to every one of you — our customers, our staff, our SafetyCulture community. This was all you.
And we can’t wait to do it all again in 2022.
